Booking enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once both parties sign a written agreement (or exchange written confirmation by email) and any required deposit is received.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the DJ Nadir name, marks, copy, photography and recorded mixes — is owned by DJ Nadir or licensed to him. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use it commercially without prior written consent.
Third-party services
The site may embed third-party content (e.g. SoundCloud mixes). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
